Congradulations dude. It must be an overwhelming feeling of joy to create a new life, that is derived from the existence of love between a man and a woman. From being a boy, to becoming a man. And then to become a father. Must be a radical experience.

My baby is still cooking.....

He's amazing to just watch when he's not crying for something. He makes all sorts of faces and seems so fascinated with anything and everything. Its weird having to constantly think about him tho. Even on days he's with his mother i find myself checking over my shoulder or waking up in the night and listening for the sound of him breathing. Its definitely an experience. And it goes by so so so so fast! Conor is already a month old and it feels like i just met him yesterday because he's constantly changing and growing.

In case you were wondering about the actual birth...he was breach and she had to have a c-section and i wasn't allowed in the room because the spinal didn't work and they had to put her asleep completely. So it was like...an hour passed and then i had a baby, yay!

hang in there the first 6 months are tough, after that, you'll wonder what you ever did without a child in your life.

hope mom is doing ok, C-sections are tough on em.

btw, i was in for both my kids' births, true story, i told the doctor after my 2nd child to "put a couple extra stitches in there", he busted out laughing while the nurse assisting him kinda just face palmed...
